Get ready for a delicious hands-on adventure at the Artisan Baking Center at Central Milling in Petaluma! Join renowned Chef Glenn Cybulski for a “Making Fresh Pasta” class—a unique experience designed especially for young chefs ages 9-15. Thanks to the generous support of Central Milling and our corporate sponsor, Lilly’s Fresh Pasta, your kids will roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of pasta making from scratch.

Each student will knead, roll, and cook their own pasta, enjoy a tasty lunch, and take home fresh pasta from Lilly’s along with a jar of sauce and a certificate of completion.

After the event, a special goodie bag packed with a CFK tee shirt, stickers, and other surprises from our sponsors will be mailed straight to each child’s home!
