Join us on March 21st at the YMCA in East Palo Alto for a hands-on pasta class with Chef Mark Ayers! Perfect for kids ages 9–15, this interactive session invites young chefs to discover the heart and soul of Southern Italy’s pasta tradition. Kids will learn to make and shape classic orcchietti and cavatelli—beloved pastas from Italy’s southern regions—craft a fresh tomato sauce, and enjoy a delicious pasta lunch.
