Gingerbread House Decorating Class with Chef Mark

Get ready for a sweet adventure! Join Chef Mark for a hands-on Gingerbread House Decorating Class that’s perfect for kids ages 9-18. In this festive workshop, young bakers will roll out real gingerbread dough, cut out their own houses and gingerbread people, then assemble and decorate their creations with icing, candy, and plenty of imagination. Chef will prepare lunch for the children in the class.

We’ll provide all the icing and candy you’ll need—but we encourage everyone to bring a small bag of your favorite candies to add a personal touch to your gingerbread masterpiece and share with your classmates. It’s a delicious way to spread some holiday cheer!

A little about your instructor: Before launching his entrepreneurial journey, Mark was the Executive Pastry Chef at the prestigious Ritz Carlton San Francisco and the iconic Lodge and Courses at Pebble Beach. You’ll be learning decorating tips and tricks from a true pastry pro!
